Milestones
The schedule for the RC Baja project is guided by the use of the Gantt Chart (seen below). It provides a layout from the beginning of fall quarter to the end of the project in June. The progress is broken into three groups with each aligned with the school quarter. The fall quarter is the proposal and report writing portion, winter quarter is construction, and spring is evaluation and testing.

Fall Quarter
The milestones for fall quarter are designated in the report however they have been separated into three subsections involving the truck itself. Each section is to receive its own design and analysis deadline indicated below.

Winter Quarter
During winter quarter, the RC Baja truck construction will begin. Milestones for the construction phase are broken into four subsections (split the suspension sub-assembly into front/rear) but the goal is to have completed sub-assemblies.

Spring Quarter
Spring quarter is focused on testing and evaluation of the RC Baja truck. The primary goals for the testing of the Baja truck is to assess its ability to complete all of the requirements that were set in the beginning of the fall quarter,
After completing the testing, the next milestone will be to present the project which will happen during the week of May 22 - 28.
